Driver must produce a valid driver’s license and identity card (locals), or international driver’s license translated in English with passport (foreigners). Minimum age is a 23, and maximum is 70 years old. A minimum of 2-years qualified driving experience is required.

Rates generally include maintenance and unlimited mileage. Our rates are subject to insurance and 6% Goods and Services Tax with effect from 1 April 2015.

All cancellation must be notified within 48-hours of the booking date or booking deposit will be forfeited

Repositioning Fee is applicable if you choose to drop off the vehicle at a different PRAC location to the one you collected your rental vehicle from. The fee would differ according to location and normally applies due to the logistics of getting the car back to its original location. The fee will be stated in your reservation form.

Yes and charges for delivery/collection services will apply after 5km radius from the nearest PRAC office. Rate would differ according to location.

It is advisable to reserve any accessory items i.e. child seat, GPS or Smart Tag 3-days in advance prior to collection of the car. They can also be hired on arrival when you collect your car, however it is subject to availability of stock.

You can return the vehicle earlier than was reserved and any unused days will be refunded save for rental under Special Package and/or promotion where no refund will be accorded as the rentals under any package/promotion is at a discounted rate.

All rental payments are strictly via major credit card only. The estimated rental charge for the period plus a refundable security deposit is payable upon collection of car .

The car is normally filled to a full tank of premium grade petrol. Hirer should refill the petrol to the same level as when the car was collected. If the tank is not refuelled, refuelling fee will be levied.

Hirer is responsible for all summonses for parking and traffic violations.

Please notify the incident to the nearest PRAC office or call PRAC’s rescue number as stated in the Rental Agreement folder. In the event of accident do not arrange for towing until you get PRAC representatives advise. Lodge a police report at the nearest police station within 24 hours of its occurrence.

All our cars are restricted from driving into Singapore and Thailand.
